Registration

Overview

To use the CAA Self Service Portal, you need to create an account. The portal supports two types of accounts:

• Individual — For pilots, air traffic controllers, and other licensed personnel registering personally.
• Organisation — For companies, airlines, approved training organisations, and other entities.

Skip this section and go to Login to access the portal with your existing credentials.

How to Start Registration

Navigate to the Home Page of the portal and click the Register to Get Started button.

Alternatively, you can start the registration process from the Login page by clicking Register here.

Selecting Your Account Type

After initiating the registration, you will be taken to the selection page. Use the Account Type dropdown to choose between Individual or Organization, then click Next step.
